Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is looking for a store associate who delivers outstanding customer service, handles donations, and supports sales with item labeling and receipts. You will help customers load/unload items, operate pallet equipment, and maintain organized spaces in a safety-conscious retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations and assist customers with a positive experience.
• Label Gaylords and issue receipts to donors.
• Assist in loading/unloading merchandise and furniture.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely.
• Maintain orderly production room and sales floor.
