Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Team Associate to support donation intake, customer service, and sales in a busy retail environment. You will help receive donations, label items, and ensure receipts are offered to donors.

You will also assist customers with loading, maintain stock organization, and follow safety rules. Forklift certification may be required; 18+ and a background check are standard requirements for this role.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Aufgaben

• Accept donations from customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Label items accurately.
• Provide a receipt to each donor.
• Identify hazardous donations and direct proper disposal when needed.
• Create sales tickets and signs for large items like furniture and electronics.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading merchandise from vehicles.
• Maintain organization of merchandise and production area per standards.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely.
• Perform daily safety inspections on equipment.
• Follow safety rules and wear appropriate safety gear.
• Provide floor care duties as needed at the store.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
• Maintain regular in-person attendance.
