Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Team Member in Gilbert to lead a positive customer experience and process donations. You will assist customers, label items, and issue receipts, supporting sales on the floor.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, operating pallet jack and walkie stacker, and keeping production and sales areas organized. Flexibility to cross-train and a strong safety mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass forklift certification class.
• Speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations and provide outstanding customer service.
• Label items and issue receipts.
• Ensure proper disposal guidance for hazardous items.
• Write up sales tickets and signs for large items and assist loading/unloading.
• Maintain placement of merchandise and organization of production areas.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
• Safely operate pallet jack and walkie stacker; perform daily safety checks.
