Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a dedicated team member to lead a positive customer and brand experience in a retail store setting. You will receive donations, label items, assist customers, and help with loading/unloading while maintaining organized merchandise and following safety standards.

The role requires forklift certification eligibility or completion, strong English skills, and a commitment to regular in-person attendance.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to pass a forklift certification class.
• Able to read and speak English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Accept donations from customers and provide outstanding service.
• Label items and prepare receipts for donors.
• Inquire about hazardous donations and direct disposal when needed.
• Write up sales tickets and signs for large items.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading and move merchandise as needed.
• Maintain organized production room and store floor following standards.
• Safely operate pallet jack and walkie stacker and perform safety inspections.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
