Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to lead a positive customer and brand experience, drive sales, and handle donation intake. The role includes labeling items, issuing receipts, assisting with loading/unloading, operating pallet equipment, and maintaining product placement according to the company standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Must be able to read and speak English fluently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from customers and provide outstanding service.
• Label Gaylords correctly and ensure receipts are offered to donors.
• Assist in loading/unloading furniture or large items to/from vehicles.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organization of production room and sales floor per standards.
• Perform daily safety inspections on equipment and participate in cross-training.
