Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Donation Center Associate to greet donors, process donations, and maintain organized donation areas. You will assist with unloading and sorting items, issuing receipts, and supporting loading and transport operations.

The role emphasizes safe, courteous customer service in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including merchandising, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to be trained and take direction.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations and provide courteous service.
• Advise donors and issue receipts.
• Sort donations by merchandise type.
• Label and organize items for storage and transport.
• Assist with loading/unloading and cleaning donation area.
• Follow safety rules and keep work areas hazard-free.
