Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales. Responsibilities include receiving donations, labeling, issuing receipts, guiding disposal of hazards, and assisting with loading and stocking items.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from customers with outstanding customer service.
• Label Gaylords correctly.
• Provide receipts to donors for donations.
• Inquire about potentially hazardous items and direct proper disposal.
• Write up sales tickets and signs for furniture and large items.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading furniture and items.
• Maintain merchandise placement and production room organization per PPM standards.
• Assist in loading/unloading onto/off trucks or trailers as needed.
• Safely operate pallet jack and walkie stacker.
• Perform daily safety inspections on equipment and follow safety rules.
