Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring to join a store team focused on delivering a great customer and brand experience. You will process donations, ensure receipts are offered, label items, and assist customers with loading heavy goods.

Safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company values are emphasized throughout your shift. The role requires excellent customer service, the ability to obtain forklift certification, and proficiency in English.

Formación

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Accepts all donations from customers and provides outstanding service.
• Label donations correctly and provide receipts to donors.
• Inquires about hazardous items and directs proper disposal.
• Prepare sales tickets and signs for furniture and large items.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading and move items to vehicles.
• Maintain merchandise layout following standard processes.
