Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to lead a superior customer and brand experience, assisting with donations, labeling, sales tickets, and floor organization. You will safely operate equipment and support loading/unloading while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires excellent customer service, forklift certification ability, and fluency in English. Candidates must be 18+ and able to pass background checks and drug screens where applicable.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from customers and provide outstanding service.
• Label items and prepare receipts for donors.
• Identify hazardous donations and provide disposal guidance.
• Create sales tickets and signage for furniture and large items.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading and general merchandise organization.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely and follow safety rules.
