Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store associate in Mesa, AZ to deliver an outstanding customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will receive donations, label items, and assist customers with loading and unloading merchandise.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to pass forklift certification class.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers, providing outstanding customer service.
• Label items and ensure receipts are offered to donors.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading furniture or other items from vehicles.
• Maintain organization of merchandise and production room according to standards.
• Safely operate pallet jack and walkie stacker and conduct safety inspections.
