Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to deliver an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will receive donations, properly label items, provide receipts, assist with loading/unloading, and help maintain organized sales floors and production areas.

The role requires strong customer service, forklift certification eligibility, and English proficiency. Employment includes an extensive benefits package and equal opportunity hiring.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from customers and provide outstanding service.
• Label items and prepare receipts for donors.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading furniture or items.
• Maintain merchandise placement and production room organization per standards.
• Safely operate pallet jack and walkie stacker.
• Conduct safety inspections of equipment and follow safety rules.
