Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will receive donations, label items, and assist customers with loading and unloading, keeping shelves and the production area organized.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to obtain forklift certification, English proficiency, and being 18 or older. A background check and drug screen may be required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers and provides outstanding service.
• Label items correctly and write up sales tickets for furniture and large items.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading and maintain organization of the store floor and production area.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely; perform daily safety inspections.
