Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring to join our store team in Phoenix. You will lead a strong customer and brand experience while promoting sales, receiving donations, and placing items in the proper locations.

The role supports various store duties and emphasizes safety and teamwork. The position requires excellent customer service, 18+ age, English proficiency, and the ability to complete a forklift certification if needed, with a background check and drug screen where

Qualifikationen

• Excellent customer service skills, as highlighted for donor and shopper interactions.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class when required.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Aufgaben

• Accept donations from customers and provide outstanding service.
• Label Gaylords correctly and ensure receipts are offered to donors.
• Identify potentially hazardous donations and guide disposal locations.
• Write up sales tickets and signs for furniture and large items.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading items to and from vehicles.
• Maintain merchandise placement and production room organization per standards.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
• Adhere to safety rules and operate equipment safely.
