Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona seeks a Store Associate in El Mirage, AZ to lead an excellent customer and brand experience and promote sales. You will receive donations, label items, provide receipts, and assist customers with loading/unloading.

Starting pay is $15.15 per hour; overall duties include maintaining production room organization, safety, and following company values to support community impact.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers and provides outstanding customer service.
• Label items correctly and prepare receipts for donors.
• Inquires about hazardous donations and directs proper disposal locations.
• Writes up sales tickets and signs for furniture and large items.
• Help customers load/unload merchandise and assist with merchandise placement.
