Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Must be able to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from customers and provide courteous service.
• Label Gaylords and prepare receipts for donors.
• Identify hazardous items and direct proper disposal.
• Prepare sales tickets and signage for furniture and large items.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading to/from vehicles.
• Maintain organization of merchandise and production room per standards.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely; conduct daily safety checks.
• Cross-train in other store roles as needed.
