Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is hiring for a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience and promote sales. Starting pay is $15.15 hourly. The role processes donated merchandise, prices and tickets, and meets department quotas.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meets minimum quota, item per Gaylord, and sell thru set for assigned department.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods; reports theft, pre-selection, misappropriation or unauthorized possession.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation per floorwork and PPM standards.
• Stocks merchandise in the appropriate area as assigned.
• Identify and report hazardous materials and follow safety rules and equipment usage.
• Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment; ability to lift, bend, push, turn and manipulate small items.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.
