Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona seeks a store teammate to lead an excellent customer and brand experience. You will receive donations, label items, provide receipts, and assist customers with loading and unloading in Anthem, AZ.

Position requires forklift certification and strong English language skills, with a focus on safety and customer service. Compensation starts at $15.15 per hour with a comprehensive Total Rewards package including health, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, EAP,

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently

Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers, providing outstanding customer service.
• Labeling Gaylords accurately.
• Provide receipts to donors.
• Assess and direct hazardous donations to proper disposal locations.
• Write up sales tickets and signage for large items.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading furniture and other items.
• Maintain merchandise placement and production room organization per PPM standards.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance.
