Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a team member at our Glendale store to lead an outstanding customer and brand experience. You will promote sales, receive donations, label items, and assist with loading/unloading while maintaining organized spaces.

The role requires excellent customer service, ability to pass forklift certification, English proficiency, and ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receive all donations and provide receipts.
• Label Gaylords correctly.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading furniture.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker.
• Maintain merchandise layout following process maps.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
