Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• High School Diploma or GED or higher.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent degrees with experience).
• DoD 8570 Level II compliant certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve network and/or domain user trouble calls.
• Activate or reactivate telecom services.
• Troubleshoot user domain accounts (SIPRNet/NIPRNet) and related forms.
• Implement, install, maintain, and upgrade SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and telephone drops.
• Assist with data encryptors procurement, installation, and upgrades.
• Set up and support Video Teleconferencing endpoints and meetings.
• Install/maintain cable infrastructure (fiber, copper) and pathways.
• Install/upgrade VoSIP telephones and related services.
• Support domain-connected user computing platforms.
• Assist in testing and applying security policies for computing platforms.
• Develop site surveys and determine user domain requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates for procurement approvals.
• Train users on systems as required.
