Serco Inc. seeks a Helpdesk Support Specialist to support the U.S. Navy CNIC N6 program in Naples, Italy. You will manage network/user trouble calls, activate telecom services, and support SIPRNet/NIPRNet accounts and VTC endpoints. Ensure security posture and mailings across computing platforms.

Required active DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, HS Diploma or higher, and relevant certifications. Travel up to 10% and a valid U.S. passport may be needed.

Competenze

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (or 6y with Associate, 4y with BA, 2y with MS).
• Current DoD IT 8570 Level II certification such as Security+, CAP, CASP, CCSK, CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Valid U.S. Passport required.

Mansioni

• Manage and resolve network and domain user trouble calls.
• Activate or reactivate telecom services.
• Create, recreate and troubleshoot user domain accounts (SIPRNet/NIPRNet).
• Support SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and telephone drops installations and upgrades.
• Assist in data encryptor procurement, installation and upgrades.
• Install and support VTC endpoints, including meeting setup and troubleshooting.
• Install and upgrade cable infrastructure (fiber/copper).
• Install and maintain VoIP telephones and VoSIP.
• Support domain-connected user computing platforms.
• Assist in printers, scanners, fax, and other office devices.
• Assist in security policy testing for user platforms.
• Develop site surveys and determine user-domain requirements.
• Develop cost estimates for procurement approvals.
• Train users on systems as required.
