Job summary

Moodro is seeking a hands-on U.S. Business Development and Capture Manager to own DoD capture efforts for EW solutions.

This remote role requires travel and reports to the President, driving end-user engagement and translating field insights into winning capture strategies. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in DoD BD/capture, fluency with DoD processes, and a strong technical-electronics background to discuss system capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 7+ years DoD BD/capture experience preferred.
• Experience with DoD acquisition processes and defense contracting environments.
• Strong business acumen and familiarity with long sales cycles.
• Hands-on technical exposure and ability to discuss system capabilities.
• Experience with EW/defense sectors related to EW and counter-UAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capture for U.S. DoD opportunities from identification through shaping, strategy, proposal, and follow-through.
• Engage working-level with units/end users/operators; translate needs into capture strategy.
• Identify and qualify opportunities to win; prioritize targets and build win plans.
• Develop winning strategies (win themes, differentiation) with cross-functional teams.
• Represent Moodro at events and meetings; collect field feedback to inform messaging.
