Qualifications

• Experience in federal government business development, capture, or growth.
• Experience supporting DoD/DoW in IT, professional services, or related federal markets.
• Strong understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle and government procurement environment.
• Ability to develop capture strategies, account plans, pipelines, and customer engagement plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth goals.
• Identify priority agencies, customers, contract vehicles, capabilities, and markets for targeted growth, with emphasis on DoD/DoW and other federal defense customers.
• Develop account and growth plans that define where Quivera should compete and how to win.
• Provide market intelligence and recommendations on opportunities, priorities, and competitors.
• Monitor DoD/DoW priorities and procurement timelines to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and manage BD priorities and measurable growth objectives.
