Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
• Travel up to 20% to support customer meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and track federal opportunities aligned with company growth objectives.
• Support capture activities with customer, competitor, and market intelligence.
• Develop relationships with government customers, industry partners, and teammates.
• Assist in strategic teaming and subcontracting opportunities.
• Engage in customer engagements, industry days, conferences, and networking events.
• Coordinate proposal schedules, deadlines, and review activities.
• Prepare, format, and organize proposal content and resumes.
• Support proposals through production and submission to ensure compliance.
