Accura Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc is seeking a Construction Control Representative to support Dyess AFB projects in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on on-site quality assurance, monitoring contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements from pre-construction through closeout.

The ideal candidate has strong inspection, documentation, and communication skills, with 5+ years in large construction programs and DoD/USACE exposure preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in quality assurance for construction projects.
• Proven ability to inspect and document contractor performance and compliance.
• Familiarity with safety and contract requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Observe construction activities for contract compliance and quality.
• Perform daily site inspections and document project progress and safety observations.
• Monitor schedules and advise project team of delays or concerns.
• Review submittals and technical documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in RFIs and coordinate responses with designers and engineers.
• Prepare correspondence on performance and contract issues.
• Maintain project records, logs, and correspondence.
• Support project closeout activities and punch lists.
