Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; substitution allowed.
• 3+ years in office, proofreading or document production.
• Advanced MS Office; ability to troubleshoot software used in business.
• Experience with document production, proofreading procedures, and reference resources.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Intake work requests from clients and clarify instructions; negotiate deadlines as needed.
• Prioritize and balance multiple projects across the team.
• Serve as a resource for document production, proofreading, and QA.
• Identify and correct errors in complex business documents to ensure quality.
• Check proofs against markups and maintain formatting standards.
