Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; substitution allowed by experience.
• Minimum 3 years office experience including proofreading or document production.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; troubleshoot applicable software.
• MS Office certifications are a plus.
• Strong document production and proofreading practices.
• Experience with business terminology and reference resources.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Intake work requests from the client and clarify deadlines.
• Prioritize and coordinate multiple projects per guidelines.
• Serve as a leading resource for document production and QA.
• Identify and correct errors in complex documents.
• Check formatting accuracy and citation compliance.
• Enforce formatting standards and proofreading marks.
• Train team members on processes and new trends.
• Communicate job status and deadlines with management or clients.
