Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year document production experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logs and tracking software for document production work.
• Assess job requests and manage tasks through lifecycle.
• Edit, proof, convert, create, or transcribe document production requests.
• Use established procedures to satisfy client requirements.
• Demonstrate proficiency with equipment/software and hardware.
• Communicate with team, supervisor, or client on deadlines.
• Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery.
• Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems.
• Support continuous service improvement and client relationships.
• Perform quality assurance on work and adhere to policies.
