Job summary

RRD is seeking a Document Production Workflow Coordinator to deliver high-quality document production and proofreading services. You will assess documents technically, ensure corrections are accurate, and manage high-volume tasks while upholding client standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; strong proofreading background preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in office, proofreading or document production.
• Advanced MS Office skills and ability to troubleshoot related software.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Intakes work requests from the client; clarifies instructions and deadlines.
• Prioritizes work and coordinates multiple projects per guidelines.
• Acts as a leading resource for document production, proofreading, and QA.
• Identifies and corrects errors in complex business documents.
• Detects formatting and compositional errors; verifies citations.
• Checks corrected proofs against mark-ups for accuracy.
• Monitors adherence to formatting standards and references.
• Trains team members on processes and trends in document production.
• Coordinates workflow across shifts to meet client expectations.
