RRD is seeking a Senior Document Production Associate in Columbus, OH. This fully onsite role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years in a legal, banking, or corporate setting. You will perform document production, proofreading, and formatting using MS Office and dedicated tools, while coordinating workflow and ensuring client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes independent judgment, quality assurance, and training junior staff, with a shift Tue-Sat, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment.
• Document production or word processing experience preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong keyboarding.
• Familiarity with legal timekeeping or job tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide word processing and/or document production services.
• Assess job requests and determine the correct process to fulfill documents.
• Edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe or complete production requests to client satisfaction.
• Use equipment, software, and hardware competently to perform tasks.
• Coordinate production services, intake, and workflow within the team.
• Troubleshoot complex software or hardware issues as needed.
• Meet deadlines for all work and communicate status to team/client.
• Train junior staff and assist peer teams with proofreading or design.
