Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons in Columbus, OH is seeking a Detail-Oriented Document Specialist to support client brands through document production, data spreadsheets, charts, and presentations. This onsite role follows a Sunday-Wednesday 1pm-12am shift with a $2/hour differential.

You will create and edit legal documents, transcribe, convert formats, and manage confidential files with strong MS Excel and Office skills.

Qualifications

Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum of two years' experience in a legal document production environment preferred.
Expert knowledge of MS Excel including graphs, tables, and automation.

Responsibilities

Create and edit legal documents to client specifications using applicable software.
Transcribe tapes, scan, and clean documents, and convert documents to/from different file formats.
Recover/restore corrupted document files when needed.
Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
Use document comparison software, red-lining, and general editing to correct legal documents as directed.
Create complex formulas and functions to analyze data
Produce spreadsheets, charts, graphs, mail merges, tables, presentations, and other documents as requested.
May intake work requests from the client and prioritize across the team.
