Job summary

RRD is seeking a Senior Document Production Associate for an onsite role in Columbus, OH. The position runs Tuesday–Saturday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with a $0.50/hour shift differential.

Responsibilities include document production, proofreading, and client interaction to ensure quality and timely delivery. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in legal, banking, or large corporate settings, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in legal, banking, or large corporate environment
• Document production and word processing experience preferred
• Advanced skill in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong keyboarding
• Adept with other software programs for editing and/or creating documents

Responsibilities

• Perform document production work according to established policies and procedures
• Thoroughly assess job requests and identify the correct production process
• Edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe or complete document production requests to client satisfaction
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced use of equipment/technology/software and hardware
• Assist with coordination of document production services, preparation, intake, and workflow within team
• Troubleshoot more complex software or hardware problems
• Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work
• Interact with clients in person, over the phone or electronically
