The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of document production experience in a corporate setting, with proficiency in MS Office and strong attention to detail. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year document production experience in legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong keyboarding and typing.
• Familiar with other software programs for editing/creating documents.
• Strong attention to detail; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential documents and information.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer service skills to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logs and/or tracking software for all document production work.
• Assess job requests and ensure completion of tasks throughout lifecycle.
• Edit, proof, convert, create, transcribe or complete document production requests.
• Demonstrate proficiency with equipment, software and hardware used.
• Communicate with team members, lead, supervisor or client on deadlines.
• Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery to clients.
• Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems.
• Quality assurance on work as requested.
• Adhere to policies and use materials cost-effectively.
• Support continuous service improvement and client relationships.
