Job summary

RRD is hiring a Document Production Associate to deliver word processing and document production services for clients. The role emphasizes using logs, assessing requests, and ensuring task completion through the workflow.

You will edit, proof, and create documents while maintaining client satisfaction and adhering to policies. The position requires strong MS Office skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year document production experience, preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Skilled in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong keyboarding and typing skills.
• Familiar with other software programs for editing and/or creating documents.
• Strong attention to detail; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have good organizational skills and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
• Able to exercise good judgment and escalate issues when needed.
• Good problem solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Use logs or tracking software for all document production work.
• Assess job requests and ensure completion throughout the lifecycle.
• Perform document production, proofreading, intake and workflow coordination as needed.
• Edit, proof, convert, create, transcribe or complete document production requests.
• Demonstrate proficiency with equipment, software and hardware.
• Communicate with team, supervisor or client on deadlines or concerns.
• Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery.
• Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems.
• Foster proactive service enhancements and client relationships.
• Perform quality assurance on work and adhere to policies.
• Use supplies efficiently and maintain professional conduct.
