Job summary

Williams Lea by RRD is seeking a Senior Document Production Associate to provide word processing and document production services for clients. You will assess requests, determine processes, edit and proofread to client satisfaction, and troubleshoot issues with software and hardware.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently or in a team, and a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Document production, word processing experience preferred.
• Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong keyboarding and typing skills.
• Adept with other software programs for editing and/or creating documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform document production work according to established policies and procedures.
• Assess job requests and determine the correct process to produce documents and ensure completion.
• Edit, proofread, and convert documents to client-friendly formats.
• Troubleshoot more complex software or hardware problems.
• Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work.
• Interact with clients in person, over the phone, or electronically.
