Physicians Eyecare Group is growing with a role that blends patient care and retail support in a fast-paced store environment. You’ll ensure an outstanding patient experience by coordinating between clinical services and the retail team, while promoting products and services to meet patient needs.

The position emphasizes accurate records, timely order delivery, and strong teamwork. A flexible schedule and familiarity with Microsoft Office are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people.
• An associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Schedule flexibility; hours determined by business needs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Optical retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients while promoting products and services available.
• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and facilitate sales.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and clinical services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA and company standards.
• Assist with lens edging and lens repairs to expedite delivery.
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
