Estes Express Lines is seeking a Dock Supervisor to lead and direct dock employees under the Operations Manager. You will set targets, monitor performance, and coach the team to ensure an efficient, safe LTL operation, including dock planning and scheduling.

• Must have management experience including hiring, coaching, counseling, training and development.
• Thorough understanding of the LTL trucking industry and related paperwork flow.
• Knowledge of local metropolitan area and ability to lead dock staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead dock employees, set targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
• Ensure efficient, clean and safe LTL operations including dock planning and schedules.
• Enforce safety rules and company policies; administer portions of the service center business plan.
• Manage KPI achievement and communicate with customers via phone, fax, or email.
• Review schedules to increase efficiency and reduce costs; oversee equipment movement.
• Maintain timely and accurate paperwork related to the dock.
