Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and direct dock employees; set targets and monitor performance.
• Manage an efficient LTL operation including dock planning and schedules.
• Enforce safety rules and company policies; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Involved in hiring and termination processes.
• Administer portions of the Service Center Business plan as directed.
• Responsible for meeting KPI targets.
• Daily communication with customers via phone, fax or email.
• Oversee dock paperwork and ensure timely handling by staff.
• Regular attendance is required.
