Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in LTL trucking or logistics helpful.
• Prior management, dispatch, and dock experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead dock employees and set targets; monitor performance and coach.
• Manage LTL operation; plan docks and set up schedules.
• Enforce safety, company policies, and government regulations.
• Involved in hiring and termination decisions as needed.
• Administer portions of the Service Center Business plan; report to the Service Center Manager.
• Meet all KPI targets and drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize company tools and processes to optimize operations.
• Review and revise schedules to increase efficiency and lower costs.
• Oversee equipment assignment and movement with other supervisors/management.
• Communicate with customers via phone, fax, or email; ensure timely paperwork.
