Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead dock employees, set targets, monitor performance and provide development.
• Ensure safety, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, dock planning and equipment movement.
• Oversee customer communications by phone, fax or email.
• Maintain accurate dock paperwork and daily operational records.
