Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead dock employees; set targets and monitor performance.
• Ensure safe, efficient LTL operation and dock planning.
• Enforce company policies and safety rules.
• Participate in hiring and termination processes.
• Manage paperwork and communication with customers
• Meet KPIs and optimize schedules for cost efficiency
• Oversee equipment movement with other supervisors
• Maintain shift coverage including nights/weekends
