Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor degree preferred.
• Thorough understanding of the LTL trucking industry or related field preferred.
• Prior management, dispatch and dock experience required, preferably in LTL trucking.

Responsibilities

• Lead dock employees, set targets and monitor performance.
• Direct scheduling and dock planning to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure safety rules, policies, and regulations are followed; enforce compliance.
• Participate in hiring and termination decisions as needed.
• Manage KPI reporting and use company tools to optimize operations.
