Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Thorough understanding of the trucking industry and basic paperwork flow preferred.
• Prior management, dispatch and dock experience required.
• Local metropolitan area knowledge is required.
• Strong leadership to hire, coach, counsel, train, mentor and terminate employees.

Responsabilidades

• Lead dock employees; set targets, monitor performance, coach and develop staff.
• Enforce company policies, safety rules and regulations.
• Involved in hiring and termination processes.
• Administer portions of the Service Center Business plan.
• Meet KPI targets and manage schedules for efficiency and cost.
