Job summary

Brunswick, a global marine leader, seeks a Dock Experience Manager for Freedom Boat Club operations. You will lead dock staff, manage daily logistics, and ensure fleet readiness across locations. The role requires scheduling, payroll oversight, and strong safety and service standards.

Travel within the district is expected to support employees and maintain brand standards. A background check, valid license, and high school diploma are required, with a path to leadership in a dynamic, outdoors

Qualifications

• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s or Vocational degree.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Calm, positive attitude during peak activity.
• Strong verbal and written communication and people skills.
• Self-starter and capable of unsupervised work.
• Managerial and diplomacy skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise dock staff to ensure top service.
• Ensure dock staff certifications and ongoing training.
• Follow SOPs and dock staff manual policies.
• Develop monthly dock staff schedules and approve payroll.
• Travel to district locations to support staff and fleets.
• Maintain positive employee engagement and conduct appraisals.
• Ensure inventory and supplies at each location.
• Handle member communications and resolve incidents.
• Manage fleet condition using Fleetio and maintenance
• Create weekly cleaning and maintenance schedules for vessels.
• Submit work orders to Maintenance Operations Center.
• Maintain KPIs, budgets, and fuel logs.
• Build relationships with local marina managers.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and lead dock staff meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
