Job summary

Brunswick is seeking part-time Freedom Boat Club staff to greet members and assist on the docks by the water. You will interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner and support daily operations in a marina setting.

Responsibilities include check-in/out via handheld tablet, basic vessel care, and providing local guidance. A background check, valid driver's license, 18+ age, and strong customer service are required; boating experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physical tasks include bending, kneeling, balancing and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to read and operate handheld tablets.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests according to company standards.
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Answer calls with proper etiquette.
• Manage check-in/check-out on handheld tablet.
• Perform equipment checks for vessels and gear.
• Clean and maintain vessels and club location.
• Prepare reservation, fuel logs and weather reports.
• Know local waters to guide members.
• Communicate clearly and professionally.
• Keep uniform and appearance professional.
• Follow all policies and protect confidential information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Work outdoors and stand for extended periods.
