Job summary

Brunswick’s Freedom Boat Club is seeking a Dock Experience Manager to lead dock staff, ensure top-tier member and employee experiences, and maintain fleet readiness across locations. The role requires hands-on management, scheduling, and adherence to SOPs with a focus on safety and accountability.

You will oversee payroll, certifications, and staff development while traveling within the district to support operations and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or vocational degree preferred
• Bachelor’s degree beneficial
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in operations or dock management a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead dock staff daily to ensure high service levels
• Maintain certifications and up-to-date training for staff
• Adhere to dock SOPs and policies
• Develop monthly staff schedules and assist with payroll review
• Travel to district locations to support teams and fleet readiness
• Monitor fleet condition using Fleetio and ensure timely maintenance
• Manage inventory, fuel logs, and supplier relationships
• Handle member concerns and incident reporting
• Drive safety performance and conduct staff meetings
• Oversee location KPIs and operating budgets
