Job summary

Brunswick’s Freedom Boat Club location is seeking a Club Manager to lead dock staff, enhance member experiences, and oversee a fleet of vessels. You will manage daily logistics, scheduling, payroll, and safety adherence while stepping in to work the dock as needed.

The role demands excellent communication, a proactive approach to maintenance, and a willingness to work weekdays, weekends and holidays in a marina setting. Benefits and a competitive hourly rate accompany this full-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Pass a background/education check and drug screen.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and supervise dock staff to ensure safe, high-quality service.
• Develop dock staff schedule and review payroll for efficiency.
• Work on dock at least 30 hours per week as needed by location.
• Review member feedback and take action.
• Follow SOPs for safety and service consistency.
• Maintain fuel logs and ensure vessels are fueled regularly.
• Plan weekly cleaning and maintenance for vessels.
