LiftOne is seeking an experienced Dock and Door Road Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain loading dock equipment and doors at customer sites. You will perform preventative maintenance, document work and manage parts for service vans while upholding safety standards.

The role requires welding credentials or ability to obtain them within 30 days, strong customer service, and the ability to read regulations. A clean driving record and comfort with field work are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
• Must be a certified welder or obtain certification within 30 days.
• Welder apprentice level or 3 years welding experience required.
• Ability to read and follow regulations in local language(s).

Responsabilidades

• Identify general problem, locate failure and plan repairs.
• Perform repairs safely, test equipment after service.
• Drive to customer sites and address on-site needs.
• Make repairs with customer approval and perform basic maintenance.
• Process paperwork, itemize repairs and manage parts inventory.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Order replacement parts and track status.
• Other duties as assigned.
