Job summary

LiftOne is seeking experienced Dock and Door Road Technicians to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair loading dock and door systems. This role includes preventative maintenance on customer equipment and coordinating paperwork upon job completion.

A company van and inventory management are required. qualified candidates will have welding certification or welding experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or tech school is preferred.
• Welder certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Welder apprenticeship or 3 years welding experience required.
• Ability to read regulations and instructions in local language(s).
• Valid driver license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Identify general problems based on customer concerns and locate failures.
• Perform repairs and test equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Travel to customer sites for on-site needs and service.
• Prepare documentation and ensure parts are accounted for after each job.
• Maintain company van and inventory as required.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
