LiftOne is seeking an experienced Dock and Door Road Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair loading dock and door systems. You will perform preventative maintenance, document work, and manage a company van and inventory on-site at customer locations.

Role requires welding capability, valid driver’s license, and strong safety and customer-service focus. Lifting and climbing are involved; occasional regional travel may be required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; weld training preferred.
• Welder certification within 30 days of hire or equivalent experience.
• Welder apprenticeship level completed or 3 years welding experience.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety instructions and regulations.

Mansioni

• Identify problems from customer concerns and locate failures.
• Perform repairs safely and efficiently, test equipment after service.
• Travel to customer sites and pickups to address on-site needs.
• Carry out needed repairs with customer approval and minor maintenance.
• Document work completed, parts used and time spent.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Identify and order replacement parts as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.
