Job summary

LiftOne is actively seeking experienced Dock and Door Road Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain loading dock equipment and doors. You will perform preventative maintenance on customer equipment and ensure proper paperwork is completed after each job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Certified welder or able to obtain certification within 30 days.
• Welder apprentice level completed or 3 years welding experience.
• Ability to read regulations in local language.
• Ability to work at elevated heights.
• Demonstrates ability to repair equipment.
• Basic Computer/Tablet knowledge.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify the general problem based on customer concern and locate the failure.
• Complete repairs safely and test equipment.
• Travel to customer sites for on-site service.
• Make necessary repairs with customer approval.
• Process documentation at job completion and inventory.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Identify and order replacement parts.
• Other duties as assigned.
